FIELD: medicine, infectious diseases. SUBSTANCE: method involves the combined use of immunomodulating agent polyoxidonium and antibiotics of tetracycline group or acrolides/azalides. Polyoxidonium is administrated intra-muscularly in the dose 6 mg for the first 24 h being the 2 first injections are carried out every day and the rest in 72 h intervals, 10 injections for treatment course. Beginning from 3-4-th injection antibiotic is prescribed in standard doses for 10 days. Invention can be used for treatment of patients with infectious diseases.
