FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves administering complex therapy combining local, physio- and drug therapy with antibiotic administration. Anti- Chlamydia activity antibiotic is injected into shin part of leg in lymphotropic mode. The drug is injected once a day from the first to the fifth day and each second day beginning from the seventh day. The total treatment course is 15 days long. The drug injection method allows one to achieve optimum in delivering and saturating lymphatic system with the antibiotic. To do it, the antibiotic is injected on the median line of the posterior surface of the shin part of leg at the boundary separating the upper and middle part at an angle of 45 deg. The antibiotic is diluted with water for injections to reach general volume of 7-8 ml. The injection rate is equal to 1 ml/min. Abactal or Riphogal preparation is administered as the antibiotic at a dose of 400 or 250 mg per one injection, respectively.
