SUBSTANCE: invention relates to use of 2000-7000 U of recombinant human erythropoietin and 1-20 mg of equivalent iron ions of physiologically acceptable iron preparation to obtain pharmaceutically combined preparation. Pharmaceutical preparation is used for treatment of patients by hemodialysis or treatment of anemia both in correcting and supporting phase during treatment with iron preparation. Erythropoietin and iron preparation can be placed into a single container as a combined form for administration or in separate containers as separated form to be administrated. Combined preparation ensures to carry out optimal adaptation and treatment of patients by hemodialysis or patients with anemia and for intravenous treatment with iron and to avoid acute phase responses and provides safety treatment and simple manipulation with preparations for curative service or by independent medicinal treatment.
