SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel nucleoside monophosphate derivatives with residues of lipid esters of the general formula (I) where R¹, R² mean linear or branched saturated alkyl chain containing 1-20 carbon atoms; R³, R⁵ mean hydrogen atom, hydroxyl groups; R⁴ means hydroxyl group; X means sulfur atom, sulfinyl or sulfonyl group; Y means oxygen atom; B means purine and/or pyrimidine base under condition that at least one of residues R³ or R⁵ is hydrogen atom, to their tautomers, their optically active forms and racemic mixtures, or their physiologically acceptable salts of inorganic and organic acids and/or bases and to methods of their synthesis and medicinal agents containing the above mentioned compounds.
