FIELD: preparation of emulsions which may be used as alternative fuel for internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: proposed plant includes reservoirs and filters for water and fuel; it is provided with unit for measuring density of emulsion with outlet to electromagnetic valve. Disperser is made in form of reactor having shape of cylinder; it is made from material transmitting laser beams where laser bundle comes to focus. Mounted on instrument rack is density primary transducer which is movable vertically, thus making it possible to control quality of emulsion being prepared. Proposed plant ensures preparation of highly-dispersed water-fuel emulsion due to treatment with laser beams, monitoring and setting required water content when primary density transducer is moved vertically. EFFECT: automatic control of water supply from any stationary water system; possibility of preparation of water-fuel emulsion of any composition. 1 dwg
