SUBSTANCE: invention is pertaining to the equipment of preparation of emulsions, which may be used in the capacity of the alternative fuel for combustion engines. Installation contains the pumps of water and fuel, the pump of the dispenser, the valves for the pumps disconnection, the filling tank, the mounted in the tank dispenser and the separating diaphragm with the overflow opening in its upper part, the pipe duct for withdrawal of the ready water-fuel emulsion, the section of the ready water-fuel emulsion in the filling tank, the valve for the air release. The water content in the water-fuel emulsion is controlled by change of productivity of the pumps of water and fuel integrated in one block and having the unified drive gear from the electromotor. Conduct the self-acting by-passing of the emulsions from the filling tank to the inlet of the pumps of water and fuel. The technical result of the invention is reduction of the overall dimensions of installation, provision of the emulsifier-free preparation of the water-fuel emulsion, the possibility of water flushing of the water pumps and the fuel pumps at by-passing; and the installation design allows to use the pumps of the common industrial designation having the very wide distribution.

EFFECT: invention ensures reduction of the overall dimensions of installation, provision of the emulsifier-free preparation of the water-fuel emulsion, to use water flushing of the water pumps and the fuel pumps at by-passing and to use the pumps of the common industrial designation.
