FIELD: preparation of washing solution for removal of printing ink which contains no less than 90% of water and additive; treatment of used solution containing printing ink from one or several intaglio printing presses. SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in preparation of washing solution; to this end, system includes tank for fresh solution, used solution tank, ultrafiltration apparatus and ultrafiltration reservoir connected with this apparatus; used solution is fed to ultrafiltration reservoir. Provision is also made for flocculation reservoir where residue is subjected to flocculation. Solution after filter press is fed to filtrate tank. Neutralized solution tank is located behind filtrate neutralization reservoir. Neutralized solution is fed to evaporator and water from evaporator is fed to distillate tank. Salt solution from evaporator is directed to concentrated salt solution tank. Salt solution is filtered in filtering system to obtain dry salt residue. Transportation of above-mentioned solution and wastes is effected by means of pump equipment. EFFECT: considerable reduction of consumption of water and flocculation products; possibility of obtaining dry wastes which may be processed taking into account environment control requirements. 18 cl, 2 dwg
