FIELD: printing.
SUBSTANCE: proposed equipment intended for repeated use of the solution for removal of paint by one or more gravure printing machines, comprising: a flocculation chamber designed to promote flocculation of the components of printing ink, contained in the waste solution received from one or more gravure printing machines; a tank for processing, designed for pretreatment of the waste solution for subsequent filtering, and a filtering unit, preferably a filter press unit designed for filtering the waste solution received from the unit for processing and obtaining the recycled solution at the output of the filtering unit, at that the recycled solution is repeatedly used for obtaining fresh solution for ink removal, intended for use by one and several gravure printing machines. The equipment additionally comprises a centrifugation unit designed for separating the waste solution received from the flocculation chamber by centrifugation to sediment, and the centrifuged supernatant, at that the centrifuged supernatant is fed to the unit for processing.
EFFECT: improvement of the design.
