FIELD: stopping of bottles. SUBSTANCE: bottle stopper is made in form of cap with projection pointed inwards from cap edge for gripping projection on bottle neck pointed outwards. Cap has cylindrical sealing member. Sealing surface is formed by projection or sealing edge. In process of sealing, sealing surface tightly fits inner surface hinge joint. Radial projection 5 is arranged axially so that it lies in zone of cylindrical inner surface 6 of bottle neck 2 at action of gauge pressure which causes bending of bottom. At gauge pressure, bottom 3 bends and turns sealing member inwards around cross section contraction 8. As a result, projection 5 lifts from inner surface 6 of bottle neck 2, and gauge pressure can be released. Sealing effect is long-acting and pressure is reliably released at preset value.
