FIELD: testing technology. SUBSTANCE: proposed test stand includes hydraulic pump 14, flow booster 15 and wheel steering hydraulic cylinders 24. Test stand includes drive shaft 1 connected with shaft of hydraulic pump 3 during tests and hydraulic system including hydraulic tank 5, suction line 6, first pressure line 7 whose one outlet is connected to inlet of proportioning pump 14 and other outlet is connected to inlet of shut-off valve of booster 15; second pressure line 8 and third pressure line are connected to their inlets to different pressure chambers of proportioning pump 14; their outlets are connected to end chambers of spool valve of booster 15; two pressure return lines 10 are connected to different pressure-return holes of spool valve of booster 15 by their inlets; outlets of these lines are connected to different chambers of hydraulic cylinder 24; test stand has first, second and third return lines (11, 12 and 13) whose inlets are connected respectively to outlet of valve 17, return chamber of proportioning pump 14 and return holes of spool valve of booster 15. Capacity of hydraulic pump 3 is determined with the aid of sensor 20 showing pressure of hydraulic fluid in line 7 are restrictor 19 with cock 18 closed. Technical state of other hydraulic components of hydraulic unit is estimated by readings of sensor 29 showing force on drive shaft of proportioning pump 14, meter 22 showing flow rate of hydraulic fluid in line 8, meter 21 showing pressure of hydraulic fluid in line 9 and meters 25 showing flow rate of hydraulic fluid in lines 10.
