FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: mobile installation consists of pressure hydro-line with inlet for connection to hydro-line 12 of tested steering booster and outlet for drain to hydro-tank 13 of this hydro-system. The following is arranged in the hydro-line: safety valve 1, pressure gauge 2 and temperature sensor 5 connected to indicator 6, controlled throttle 3 for pressure control in the pressure hydro-line, hydro-valve 4 of electro-magnetic type with two coils operating in opposite directions, consumption metre 7 located behind hydro-valve 4 and equipped with liquid-crystal display 8, start-up button 9 and reading reset button 16. Also, the mobile installation is equipped with electron programmed stop watch 10 controlled from hydro-valve 4. The drain hydro-line is equipped with a T-joint 11 connecting the drain hydro-line from hydro-valve 4 and consumption counter 7 with a hydraulic tank. The pressure hydro-line is furnished with tap 15 separating the pressure hydro-line from a hydro-pump to distributor 14 of the hydro-booster.
EFFECT: increased accuracy in analysis of supply and leaks of working fluid in units of hydraulic steering booster; reduced labour input.
