FIELD: hydraulic equipment; testing facilities. SUBSTANCE: method is designed for evaluation of condition of hydrostatic drive of any application by correlated and informative parameter characterizing condition of drive. Actual working fluid flow rate is used as this parameter in hydrostatic drive under testing. Flow rate is determined by measured value of torque on drive hydraulic motor output shaft at seat delivery of working fluid in drive and constant speed hydraulic pump shaft. Measurements can be taken at different positions of lever of hydraulic pump control hydraulic distributor. Obtained results are found using measuring sector provided with scale.
