FIELD: quantum electronics and advanced laser technologies. SUBSTANCE: laser has pumping source, discharge chamber accommodating electrodes and optical cavity mirrors, and control device. The latter has generator and delay unit. Control-device attenuator is made in the form of energy input analyzer. Delay unit and analyzer are connected to pumping source and to generator. The latter is connected to cavity mirrors which are mounted on current-conducting substrates locked in position on discharge chamber body. Cavity mirrors are conducting members. Substrates are insulated from mirrors and from chamber body. Mirrors and substrates are connected in series and arranged in parallel to each other. Laser is suitable for use in investigations of laser beam propagation into atmosphere where directivity pattern axis stabilization is essential. EFFECT: enlarged functional capabilities. 1 dwg
