FIELD: time-switched transmitting device in base station of mobile communication system. SUBSTANCE: transmitting device has set of transmitting antennas; radio-frequency transmitters as many as there are transmitting antennas each of the latter being connected to respective transmitting antenna; signal-generating controller for controlling switchboard in non-covered time cycle; orthogonal modulator for modulating transmission signal by orthogonal code; expansion device for expanding orthogonal- modulator signal; and switchboard connected to output terminal of expansion device for connecting expansion device output to respective transmitter in response to switchboard control signal. Another feature of proposed device is that transmitting device of system mobile station has pilot-signal channel receiver for detecting signal of pilot-signal channel from input signal of direct communication line and for generating computed phase and time; controller for producing selection control signal in response to cycle information and switching mask information in step with reference time of base station; selector for selective output of computed phase and time values supplied from pilot-signal channel of receiver in response to selection control signal; traffic channel receiver for detecting traffic-channel signal during selected computed time moment and for correcting phase error of traffic-channel detected signal basing on computed phase value so as to decode the signal.
