FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: machine has housing, roll kinematically connected to drive, adjoining cheeks arranged in spaced relation to roll and pivotally hung to housing. Each cheek has broken profile. Obtuse angle defined at site of cheek flexure is facing toward roll. Width of cheeks depends upon maximum cross size of crushed stone granule. Cheeks are spring-loaded by flat springs oriented in vertical plane and fastened to common horizontal beam with symmetrically beveled edges at their ends. Beveled edges are in contact with wedge-shaped slides, each equipped with master nut which is engageable with horizontal screw common for both slides. Horizontal screw is provided with opposite direction helical grooves formed at its ends. Each slide is further equipped with vertical screw. Slides are positioned for joint displacement in conjunction with springs in horizontal and vertical planes. Charging chute has wavy cross profile with pitch equal to cheek width. Roll may be equipped with housing manufactured of wear-resistant material and having semicylindrical section. Machine allows shape of granules to be corrected with minimum regrinding.
