FIELD: light and textile industries. SUBSTANCE: device has supporting-and-winding drums, turnable cantilevers and mechanism to change distance between drum axes. Axis of cantilever turning is displaced in vertical relative to axis of rotation of intermediate shaft of drive of supporting-and-winding drums. Inter-axis distance between intermediate shaft and supporting-and-winding drums is made adjustable according to required change of gear ratio. It is adjusted by changing angle of tilting of cantilevers through interaction with sectional pulleys whose both parts are mechanically coupled to each other and drive belts by flexible elements.
