FIELD: light industry. SUBSTANCE: cloth guide has rotary carriage connected to adjustable lever through fork and pusher of special shape, and electric engine mounted on nut and axially aligned with pusher. Nut is cooperating with screw. Electric engine is connected with coupling. Position of pusher is controlled by means of end switches mounted on adjustable lever. Meshing of pusher with carriage fork is enabled through direct contact engagement providing two degrees of freedom of mechanism and allowing measurement of carriage drive transmission ratio in accordance with disturbance changing law. Cloth guide of such construction is used for edge leveling of movable textile material during winding of material into roll.
