FIELD: oil and gas production.
SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for displacing and separating water- or oil-based drilling fluids from grouting mortars during cementation of oil, gas, das condensate, and prospective wells in order to clean bore hole before geophysical investigations and for insulation operations in wells. Powdered concentrate for viscoelastic boring streams separator contains 3.85-7.14% of polyacrylamide-nature substance, 3.85-7.14% of alkali electrolyte as structure-formation catalyst, 14.28-15.38% of sodium or potassium bichromate, and lignosulfonate component (to 100%). Aforesaid polyacrylamide-nature substance is selected from following solid powder reagents: PRAESTOL 2530, Clear-drill 502, Smectex, Can-Floc C, and Barafloc. Aforesaid lignosulfonate component is selected from dry industrial-grade unmodified lignosulfonates or following solid powder reagents: Lognaz-1, KSSB-5, FHLS, FHLS-B, Okzil, Spersen SF, Q-broxin, Borre-Sin F, Borresol-FCL, Borresol-FCR. As alkali reagent, sodium hydroxide or carbonate, potassium hydroxide or carbonate, or potassium-sodium carbonate is used.
EFFECT: increased efficiency, successfulness, and quality of well cementing, increased efficiency in using drilling and oil-field equipment, reduced expenses, and improved industrial and environmental safety.
