Process includes stage of electrolysis with soluble anodes which is regulated by change of cathode density of current and temperature and in addition by change of concentrations of Ni2+, Na+, Cl-, SO, where Wel- is specific consumption of energy for electrolysis proper, kW h/t; X1- is concentration of ions of nickel in electrolyte; X2- is concentration of ions of chlorine; X3- is concentration of ions of sodium; X4- is temperature, X5- is distance between analogous electrodes along axes; X6- is current density ( independent variables Xi are given on code scale ) and variation is carried out within following limits:
