FIELD: building structures. SUBSTANCE: cable-stayed structure is used in coverings of buildings and structures, in detached structures such as rigid cross-arms of contact system of electrified railways, for illuminating lighting equipment, etc. Pre-stressed cable-stayed structure has overhanging purlin leaning against pylons; vertical cable-stayed system with suspension brackets, transversal buckles, and tensioning devices; tie bar easily passing through guides at ends of horizontal pasts of truss bars; brackets of purlin are V-shaped structures with curvilinear guides at ends; enclosed tie bar is free to pass through purlin brackets and is joined to cable at points of breaking their axes by stops. Cable and tie bar are loosely passed through stops, their axes have breaks through angles whose sines are in inverse proportion to efforts in cable and in tie bar due to loads applied. Combination of vertical and horizontal loads applied to structure provides for reducing material input for structures by 7-9%. EFFECT: improved stiffness of pre-stressed cable-stayed structure. 2 cl, 4 dwg
