FIELD: air-conditioning systems. SUBSTANCE: device has a body with sump in its lower portion, heat exchange plates forming dry passages with walls made from waterproofing material and moist passages with walls made from capillary porous material. The device is also provided with inlet branch pipe for dehumidified air and outlet branch pipe for moist air. The device is provided with additional sump located in upper portion of body. Main sump is communicated with additional one by means of pipeline and is closed with cover. Upper ends of capillary porous material are of heat-exchange plates are located in additional sump.
