FIELD: measurement engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has carrying out in-group standard frequencies comparison of group measure. Frequency differences are determined between the frequency standards of the group measure. Reference frequency standard is selected. Frequency adjustment of the rest of the group measure frequency standards is carried out relative to the reference frequency standard. Then, additional in-group group measure frequency standards are compared to the reference frequency standard. Frequency differences are determined for group measure frequency standards relative to the reference frequency standard and then, the real value of the group measure frequency unit is determined by applying calculation methods.
