FIELD: radio measurement technology; measuring relative frequency offset of reference oscillators, time and frequency standards.
SUBSTANCE: two switching units, reference-frequency AFC circuit, 1-Hz shaper, synchronizer, control and display device, and liquid-crystal display panel newly introduced in proposed receiver-comparator that has device for receiving signals from satellite radio navigation systems (SRNS) have made it possible to raise precision of measuring relative frequency error of local oscillator verified or synchronized by SRNS signals (to reduce inherent insertion errors in measuring frequency offset) thereby reducing measurement time at same requirements for precision of local oscillator frequency comparison with reference frequency in compliance with SRNS signals as well as to enhance precision of shaping local (basic) time scale and its synchronization with UTC time scale during reception of SRNS signals.
EFFECT: enhanced measurement accuracy and reduced measurement time.
