FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has casing, microelectronic units of transmitting and receiving part mounted on telescopic cantilever, synchronizer unit and antenna drive mounted in the upper part of the casing. The antenna drive has electromotor unit, gearhead, rotatable waveguide junction unit and optical unit for fixing zero mark in angular antenna position. The casing has thin-walled shell tightly mounted on base rigidly attached to a frame having guiding members for the telescopic cantilever, angular uprights for fixing upper plate and cantilever for fixing junction shoe tightly set in bowl-like recess of one of lateral walls of the thin-walled shell. The antenna drive is mounted on the upper plate. The output waveguide is enclosed into threaded bushing passing through a nozzle tightly fixed on the upper wall of the thin-walled shell. The base has manhole with cover having synchronizer unit connected with flexible cable to the corresponding microelectronic units of transmitting and receiving part and optical unit for fixing zero mark in angular antenna position.
