SUBSTANCE: retreating 0.5 cm below the external opening of the urethra, a section of the vaginal mucosa in the form of an oval is removed, the longitudinal axis of which reaches the border of the anterior arch of the vagina and the vaginal part of the cervix uteri, the size of the transverse axis is 3-5 cm. Then a vaginal hysterectomy is performed, after which a urethral duplication is formed. To do this, retreating 1 cm below the outer opening of the urethra, the pouch seam is applied and tightened, it is performed in the form of a rectangle, the dimensions of the transverse parts of which are 2 cm, and the longitudinal ones end at the level of the urethra-cystic angle. Anterior colporraphy, levatoroplasty, and posterior colporraphy are performed.

EFFECT: proposed method of surgical treatment of urinary incontinence among women with genital prolapse is highly effective and can practically eliminate relapses of the disease.
