FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has tube having sharp end for piercing tissues, pusher member and suture-making unit having ligature thread and locking member at the operation end. The pusher is connected to the suturing means or has cross-section for the suturing means arranged in parallel to it. The locking member is elongated member mounted in tube together with the ligature thread. It is connected to the ligature thread in its middle part or damping member like elastic bushing connected to the ligature thread in its middle part or fixing member manufactured from material possessing shape memory properties like rubber or titanium nickelide or springy harpoon.
