FIELD: plastic working of metals. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has bed, stand with deforming rolls arranged on shafts in supports and equipped with replaceable forming tools. Blank supporting mechanism has stop plank spring-biased to horizontal guide by compression springs so as to restrict displacement of stop plank in vertical direction by adjusting pins and nuts. Apparatus is further provided with drive composed of two pairs of levers fixed to rolls and two pairs of levers fixed to rods of hydraulic cylinders. Ends of horizontal guide rigidly fixed to rods of hydraulic cylinders are arranged in vertical slots of bed on roller bearings. One of deforming rolls is equipped with segmented restrictor fixed to end of one of deforming rolls perpendicular to axis of rotation thereof. Apparatus may be used for manufacture of parts with complicated profile, such as knives. EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved quality of ready product by reliable orienting of blank relative to forming members. 3 dwg
