FIELD: production of activated carbon, activates charcoal, in particular; food-processing, chemical and other industries; public services. SUBSTANCE: complex includes grinding and sorting unit, activation furnace, unit for production of activating agent and activated container which is provided with loading and unloading devices, pipe, gas escape unit made in the form of sleeve with hole closed by blank, activating agent supply unit made in the form of hollow spiral engageable with pipe on which hollow disc is secured by its lower part or concentrically diverging hollow beams. Spiral, pipe and upper part of disc or beams are perforate; agent supply unit is connected with furnace for afterburning of associated products in the form of pipe with hole for afterburning of jet. Said pipe is branching into two or more branches for preheating of activating agent and product for obtaining activating agent; branches are provided with dampers; they are sealed up and are provided with holes for discharge of combustion products.
