FIELD: oxidation catalysts. SUBSTANCE: process including sulfuric acid-mediated precipitation of silicon dioxide from liquid glass under constant precipitation conditions (pH 5-7, temperature 20+/-5 C, precipitate rate 60-90 g/l.h), mixing of catalyst components, drying of catalyst pulp, molding, and heat treatment is characterized by that process involves precipitated silicon dioxide washed off from sodium oxide and that 5-10 wt.% of liquid sodium glass is added to catalyst pulp in active components' mixing stage, all of which improves porous structure of catalyst.
