FIELD: aerostation. SUBSTANCE: airship is provided with mooring captive cable 12 fitted with end locks 13 for quickly securing then on preset platform and cabin for one or several persons. For mooring the airship on unprepared area of earth surface, provision is made for anchor machine 5 which is lowered from airship by ropes 8; it is provided with engine plant and may move in space independently through small distances. For delivery of passengers and cargoes to required area to which airship is tied by cables, use shall be made of cabin which is lowered by captive rope used as guide member. Anchor machine 5, cabin captive ropes are hoisted by means of hoist 31 found on board airship. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of secured airship to required area. 13 cl, 5 dwg
