FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport technology and power engineering. The transport and energy system is designed for transporting work loads and generating electrical energy in severe climatic and geographic conditions, for example, in the Far North, in a deserted, sparsely populated area with underdeveloped transport and energy infrastructure. The transport and energy system consists of a monorail, a mobile carriage installed on the monorail with aggregates and electric motors/generators whereto an airship with a transport module is attached by means of a cable operated system, and a damper. The transport module is used for transporting passengers and/or cargo. Heavy cargo is transported suspended on cables. During operation of the transport module, loading and unloading operations can be performed both in the landing variant and in the airship hovering mode. The airship is controlled by changing the length of the slings, impacting the flaps, elevators and rudders by the crew via controls similar to aircraft controls in the director mode or by impact of an inertial stabilisation system in automatic mode.

EFFECT: mechanical load on the monorail is significantly reduced as a result and thereby the construction and maintenance costs of the road are reduced; dependence on climatic and landscape conditions is reduced compared to automobile roads and railways; negative impact on the natural environment is reduced.
