SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aeronautics. Airship contains winches with cables to the ends of which a ballast platform is attached on which a ballast tank, pump and hose are installed, as well as a ballast body for snow, sand, soil and any hard materials that can be collected on the surface of the earth at the landing site, devices for their automatic and manual collection. Method of airship berthing consists in the following, the ballast platform is lowered down from the airship until it touches the ground or water body, then pumped into the ballast water tank from the tank with water at the airport or from a pond on which, or next to which, the ballast platform sat down, or/and filled with automatic devices or/and manually ballast body with any solid materials available at the landing site, after that the airship is pulled to the ground with the help of winches and cables. Ballast platform can be used as an elevator for cargo/passengers, while the airship is not pulled to the ground.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at ensuring the airship landing without bleeding into the helium atmosphere.
