FIELD: oil and gas production. SUBSTANCE: composition contains (i) block copolymer of ethylene and propylene oxides, in particular polyether prepared by polymerization of propylene oxide with glycerol or ethylene glycol followed by copolymerization with ethylene oxide, which has molecular weight 4000-6000, 5-50 wt.%; (ii) interaction product of said polyether with carboxylic acid, more particularly C5-C9-, C10-C16-, or C16-C22-fraction of synthetic fatty acids, or oleic acid, or malonic acid, 3-50 wt.%; and (iii) solvent: either C1-C4-alcohol or aromatic hydrocarbon. In a preferable embodiment of invention, composition also contains 0.5-5.0 wt.% of primary C10-C14-amine.
