FIELD: demulsifiers for breakdown of water-and-oil emulsions; preparation of oil for production. SUBSTANCE: proposed composition contains the following components, mass-%: product of interaction of block polymer, ethylene oxides and propylene oxides and nitrogen-containing compounds, 20-60; oxalkylated product of condensation of alkyl phenol with formaldehyde- containing component, 20-60; oil-soluble and the remainder being non- ionogeneous surfactant. It is preferable to have demulsifier containing solvent at the following relationship of components, mass-%: said interaction product, 20-60 and the remainder being solvent. Included in interaction products is product selected from group: interaction product of block polymer of ethylene and propylene oxides with phosphorus or phosphorus-containing and nitrogen-containing compound, interaction product of mixture of block polymer of ethylene and propylene oxides with hydroxyethylated amine on base of fatty acids with phosphorus- containing compound and besides that hydroxyethylated product of condensation of alkyl phenol with formaldehyde-containing component at number of atoms in alkyl chain C4-C12 at mole ratio of alkyl phenol equal to 1: (0.67-1.0) in terms of formaldehyde and degree of hydroxyethylation of 20-80% and oil-soluble nonionogeneous surfactant.
