SUBSTANCE: composition contains 20-80 wt.% of oxyethylated (degree of oxyethylation 20-80%) product of condensation of C4-C12-alkylphenol and formaldehyde-containing component at their molar ratio 1:(0.67-1.0) (calculated for formaldehyde), or mixture of indicated condensation products and ethylene oxide/propylene oxide block copolymer selected from the group including: ethylene oxide/propylene oxide block copolymers based on glycol or glycerol; product of interaction of ethylene oxide/propylene oxide block copolymer with phosphorus- or phosphorus- and nitrogen-containing compounds; product of interaction of the mixture of ethylene oxide/propylene oxide block copolymer and oxyethylated amine based on fatty acids with phosphorus-containing compound.
