Method involves culturing the strain-producer of hemolytic streptococcus isolated from patient with scarlatina and producing hyaluronidase only, 3-5 times passage in combined scarlatinal broth. Cultural fluid is separated by filtration through system "Millipor", ammonium sulfate is added to filtrate, stirred thoroughly and kept at temperature 4 ± 2 C. Separation of enzyme is carried out by centrifugation at 9000 rpm. Activity of the prepared streptococcus standard preparation of hyaluronidase is up to 20 000 MД HyS/1 ml.
