FIELD: oil and gas production. SUBSTANCE: invention deals with lowering, installation and extraction of down-hole logging instruments and devices from face of hole, from location seats, from nipples or pockets of mandrels as well as with conducting emergency operations of lifting various objects from holes. Extractor has body housing rod mounted for axial movement. Body and rod are linked to functional members of devices, body is additionally fitted with telemechanical system. System includes device of axial movement of rod and has capability for carrying units determining weight, control unit, indicators of presence or change of physico-chemical parameters of medium, information processing and transmission unit. Device of axial movement of rod comes in the form of mechanical, electric, hydraulic or pneumatic drive. Channels of commutation and communication with members of telemechanical system can be electric, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, acoustic or optical.
