FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: system gas oil reservoir, oil intake, variable-capacity oil pump operating in compliance with changes of oil pressure in main oil line, heat exchanger, oil filter, controllable distributor, piston cooling system, main oil line and crank-and-connecting rod mechanism joint. Distributor is furnished with thermopower element to control oil flows in system depending on oil temperature. Distributor has first and second outlets and is installed in main oil line after oil pump. Heat exchanger and piston cooling system furnished with controllable shutoff device coupled mechanically or electrically with distributor are arranged in separate main line. The latter is connected at one side to second outlet of distributor and at other side, through heat exchanger, to main oil line or through heat exchanger to main oil line and shutoff device is connected to piston cooling system. EFFECT: reduced fuel consumption and improved ecological characteristics of hopper-up automotive and tractor engines, improved reliability of engines. 1 dwg
