Threshold values of diagnostic coefficients (DC) like limited infiltrate coefficient (DC 12.9), the number of accumulated leukocytes in the prostate juice (DC 9.7), the number of leukocytes in vision field of ejaculate <10 (DC 9.8), percent of spontaneous neutrophil number in ejaculate <24.4(DC 11.4), percent of mononuclear leukocytes in ejaculate <7.1 (DC 11.4) are determined and summed up. The total value summed up being ≥ 13, chronic follicular prostatitis diagnosis is to be set. EFFECT: high accuracy in setting chronic follicular prostatitis diagnosis.
