FIELD: tire industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for pneumatic tire building, removing carcass from first stage assembly drum, breaker-tread band from breaker drum, fitting them onto forming drum and removing ready casing from drum and mounting it onto mandrel or manipulator for transferring to other positions of technological cycle. Proposed device has driven carriage installed on guides for movement relative to assembly drum in axial direction and swinging levers mounted on carriage and provided with swinging drive and support rollers installed coaxially relative to each other in parallel to axis of carriage movement at both sides from its central plane. Housing with drive-operated radically movable segments is installed on carriage between inner end faces of support rollers.
