FIELD: drilling and production of oil under northern and arctic conditions. SUBSTANCE: proposed platform includes lower pontoon with stabilizing columns mounted on it and equipped with taper ice breakers. Lower pontoon is secured by means of diverging anchor chains whose lower ends are connected to anchors lying on sea bottom. Upper ends of anchor chains are connected with forks of lower blocks of respective cross-members; ends of frame of these cross-members and forks of upper blocks are linked with respective lower ends of two chains of bridles. Upper ends of first chains of bridles are secured on one half of lower pontoon and upper ends of second chains are secured on second half of lower pontoon. Running blocks are embraced by equalizing rope or chain whose ends are secured on ends of frame of cross-member equipped with guides for block forks. When center of lower pontoon is shifted relative to well head in way of sea current, angle of inclination to horizontal plane of resultant of all forces applied to floating platform is equal to angle of inclination to horizontal plane of anchor chains located on side of approaching ice. EFFECT: increased carrying capacity of anchor system of platform. 3 cl, 7 dwg
