FIELD: shipbuilding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to shipbuilding field and concerns construction of semi-submersible multipurpose floating platforms, in particular drilling platforms, offshore platforms, helicopter platforms, raid floating berths and others. A semi-submersible multipurpose marine complex is proposed, containing a floating semi-submersible platform consisting of a hull and pontoons rigidly connected to each other by means of support columns, equipped with anchor retention system. The complex also includes a towed gravity foundation, which is a reinforced concrete structure consisting of a hollow base and hollow columns equipped with docking nodes designed to fix a semi-submersible platform on gravity foundation, at the same time, the semi-submersible platform can be fixed at its installation place either by fixing it on a gravity foundation, or autonomously using an anchor retention system.
EFFECT: invention expands functionality of complex during its operation.
