FIELD: preparation of ozone from dried oxygen-containing gas isolated from atmospheric air, more particularly preparation of water and purification of sewage by ozonization method. SUBSTANCE: dried oxygen-containing gas is isolated from atmospheric air by short cycle heating-free adsorption, is directed to generate ozone, and dried ozone-oxygen enriched gas is fed into gas-liquid system. Ozone is then destructed, purified and recycled. Moistened oxygen-containing gas is subdivided into two streams; one stream is dried by short cycle heating-free adsorption and mixed with oxygen-rich gas isolated from atmospheric air by heating-free adsorption, and the other stream is used for isolation oxygen-rich gas from atmospheric air.
