FIELD: gas industry. SUBSTANCE: method is based on short-cycle heatless adsorption. Device is provided with vortex tube for forming two flows of purging gas: cold and hot flows which are used in regeneration. Adsorbers are changed-over to regeneration mode after operation in adsorption mode. Part of cleaned and dried gas is directed to vortex tube through receiver. Prior to admitting the purging gas to vortex tube, it is passed through heat exchanger mounted on purging gas discharge collector. Gas is preheated in heat exchanger by cleaning process products and then, after vortex tube, hot flow is admitted to adsorber for purging where pressure is reduced. After purging with hot flow, pressure is reduced below level of purging and cleaning process products are pumped out by means of ejector mounted after receiver. Then pressure is raised to level of purging and adsorber is purged with cold flow. Upon completion of regeneration, pressure in adsorber is raised for subsequent cleaning and drying cycle.
