SUBSTANCE: candle has radiating member, body, control and power units; in addition, it is provided with structural member responding to air stream such as that produced by windwheel coupled with control unit. Such coupling with control unit may be acoustic through vibration transducer or mechanical in the form of contacts mounted on windwheel spider for connecting power unit output to control unit input.
