FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: device has sublayer 6 with electrodes 1,2 and sensitive layer 5 on polyphthalocyanine base placed thereon, resisting heater 3, and temperature resistor 4. Polyphthalocyanine is used as sensitive layer with continuous coupling system having both copper and nickel in composition. The method involves producing polyphthalocyanine with continuous coupling link having both copper and nickel in composition and applying it to the sublayer with electrode system mounted on the surface. Polyphthalocyanine with continuous coupling link having both copper and nickel in composition is produced by applying polycyclotetramerization of tetranitryl of pyromethylic acid in the presence of copper chloride (II) and nickel chloride (II) taken in 1:3 proportion in melted monomer at 300 C during at least 9 h with urease of 1.0 molar percent concentration used as reaction initiator. Then, the sublayer is coated with polyphthalocyanine with continuous coupling link having both copper and nickel in composition using thermal vacuum spraying method during 4-7 h at temperature of 1050-1200 C.
