FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has transmitting part and receiving part positioned on human body. The transmitting part has unit for taking physiological signals having electrodes for reading electric biopotentials connected in series to preliminary amplification unit, multiplexor unit, unit for encoding signals and infrared radiation unit. The receiving part has photoreceiving unit connected in series to unit for decoding signals, multiplexor unit and unit for forming output information signals. The unit for taking physiological signals additionally has electrodes and primary converters. The encoding and decoding units have time-to-impulse modulator unit and time-to-impulse demodulator unit, respectively. Logical control and synchronization circuit with quartz oscillator for stabilizing anchoring frequency.
