FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems for transmitting information via digital communication channels. At the transmitting side of each of the values of words-measurements, multiplied by the first comparator module are images-residues, found by operations, equivalent division of the obtained result of multiplying the value of the second unit of comparison, represented by scale presentation of e=22n. At reception, two algorithms decoding, conditionally called "hard", which is universal, and "soft", using which provides detection and correction of transmission errors.
EFFECT: technical result consists in provision of noise-immunity of transmitted information owing to structural-and-algorithmic conversion (SAP) results telemetry, monitoring and correcting errors.
