FIELD: veterinary. SUBSTANCE: chickens with symptomatic diarrhea complex, predominantly colibacteriosis, in case of therapy receive three times a day preparation called pectosorbin in dose 0.55-0.65 g/kg living weight until clinical convalescence occurs and, in case of prophylactics, three times a day the same preparation in dose 0.35-0.45 g/kg during 5 days. EFFECT: increased therapeutic and prophylactic effects by 5-7% and gain in living weight by 10%.
