FIELD: veterinary science. SUBSTANCE: suggested method deals with treating and preventing GASTROINTESTINAL diseases in neonatal calves with symptomocomplex of diarrhea, predominantly dyspepsia and colibacteriosis. One should subcutaneously inject ozonized isotonic solution of sodium chloride at ozone concentration being 0.5-1.0 mg/l. Solution should be injected once daily at the dosage of 0.2-0.5 l for 3-5 d with prophylactic purpose and at the dosage of 0.8-1.0 l with curative purpose till recovery. Solution should be introduced additionally to oral intake of pectosorbin. The method provides increase of curative-prophylactic efficiency up to 100%.
